Please get your money and magic ready for our annual auction night held in our March meeting.
Some important reminders:
Doors will open at 6:30pm, set up early and we can get the auction rolling quicker.
Cash only, buyers will pay as you go to make it easier for the treasurer (me).Increments of minimum of $1.
The club takes 10% of the seller proceeds, before disbursing the funds to the seller.If you have many items, it is best to sell them in lots (bundle of magic) to make it easier to sell. Feel free to put a minimum bid on the items to make it easier for the auctioneer to start the bidding process. The more magic for sale the better, and this year should be a good one since we have great meeting turnouts this year.
We will review the amount of sellers and magic for sale at the beginning and make sure that everyone bringing magic will have time allotted to sell their magic.
Auction sheets were sent in the update email. Please have 2 copies of the sheets completed prior to arrival.
