We had an excellent meeting of make and take magic routines last month. It was great to see everyone in attendance participating. For our November magic meeting, we will be doing a road trip to Buffalo. There will be NO magic meeting at the church for November. The road trip is to the November 7, 2016Buffalo club magic meeting (MONDAY). They will be having Steve Beam as a lecturer. He is a well known magician and it would not be a night to miss. My understanding is that the guest fee is $10 (US funds). We are arranging a car pool with the members to meet somewhere in the Hamilton / Stoney Creek area near the QEW on the way to Buffalo. I have included a brief summary of Steve Beam’s bio below but he does have a website for you to view. If you are interested in the car pool please email one of the executive members so that we can coordinate this. Please also note that you will need your passport to cross the border.

Steve Beam is certainly one of the top card magicians in the world, and definitely one of the most entertaining. His humour and professionalism comes across very strongly. Steve is the author of numerous publications, notably ‘The Semi Automatic Card Trick’ series. The first eight volumes of this tremendous collection of great card magic are shortly to be joined by volumes 9 and 10. Previously Steve was the editor of The Trap Door magazine, which is now available in three superb bound volumes.
