Douglas James Henning was born May 3, 1947 in Fort Garry/Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He died February 7th, 2000 with complications of liver cancer in Los Angeles, California. During his career he was also known as “The Great Hendoo” and “Magician: Have Rabbit, will travel” Graduated Honors, B.Sc. in Physiological Psychology McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario. He married Debby (Douillard) December 1981 in Fairfield, Iowa. Some of his accomplishments:- Television Specials include:- Books:- Co-wrote “Houdini – His Legend and His Magic”with Charles Reynolds, 1977 Cover of Genie Magazine, February, 1974 Television Appearances:- The Tonight Show Staring Johnny Carson Special Appearances:- Sole entertainer at President Regan’s Senior Staff Christmas Party 1986, White House.
